Shipping to other Emirates typically takes 1–2 business days as well.

Yes — shipping is free on orders over AED 500 in the UAE.

What is the standard shipping rate?

Standard shipping within the UAE is AED 18.

Do you ship to other GCC countries?

Yes, we currently ship across the GCC.

Returns

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

No — returns are only accepted if the item is damaged or incorrect.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos — we’ll resolve it quickly.

Which items are non-refundable?

Opened items, mystery packs, sealed products, and tampered boxes are not eligible for return or refund.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled if they haven’t shipped yet. Contact us immediately to request cancellation.

No — everything is factory sealed. No reseals, no tampering.

Are graded cards authentic?

Yes — all graded cards are certified and come in official slabs.

What is a blind box or blind pack?

A blind box is a sealed product from a specific collection — the contents are a surprise until opened. That’s part of the fun!

Can I choose what’s inside a blind box?

No — blind boxes are packed randomly. We cannot guarantee specific items.

What happens if I get a duplicate?

Duplicates can happen — since items are packed by the manufacturer, we can’t offer exchanges or refunds for duplicates.

Are sealed products fresh from the factory?

Yes — all sealed stock is directly from authorized sources and untouched.

How are singles and slabs stored?

All singles and graded cards are protected in sleeves, top-loaders, or slabs to preserve condition.

How can I update my shipping address?

Contact us before the order is shipped and we’ll update it for you.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update it. Once shipped, we can’t change the address.

What if my order is lost or damaged in transit?

Let us know within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We’ll coordinate with the courier and help resolve it.
